Alverra provides international consulting, project management, and AI-driven solutions. All services are subject to a written agreement or invoice between Alverra and the client.

3. Payments

• All fees are due as agreed in the respective contract or invoice.

• Payments are accepted in AED, USD, EUR, or CHF, unless otherwise specified.

• Bank and transfer fees are borne by the client.

4. Liability

• Alverra shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

• Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
